Pls inform the class that every group will have to hand in a report on the 23rd January 2008 Friday by 5pm for Project 1.

The content include a brief summary of:
a) The origin of the dish (snack/ dessert/ meal)?
b) The herbs and spices used for this dish
c) When was it brought into Singapore?
d) How has it changed with times in Singapore?
e) Survey current local economy and determine the demands for the current market.
f) Discuss what can be done with the product you have selected and how it will meet the current or future demands of the food industry.
g) Your weekly trials, evaluations and suggestions for the next trial
h) Final recipe
i) Discussions (eg. your product, lessons learnt)
j) Conclusion
